He's always had good stuff, not great... I do want to know what he's doing this year to be so dominant in AA before I goo too excited about him.

I believe I read a fluff piece a few weeks back that said he's taken very well to all the reporting and analytics the Cubs produce. So he's probably gotten better at tunneling, keeping his release point consistent, found a good new grip on one of his secondaries, or something else in that vein.
