Miguel Amaya with his 4th HR of the year already. SLG is currently above .500 and has risen steadily every year of his minor league career thus far.

Steele got lit the horsefeathers up

 

Velasquez stayed hot and pushed his OPS over 800

I’m still hoping there’s a late inning leverage arm with Steele. Any reason he went almost 3 weeks between outings? Today was his first appearance since really early April.

Velasquez stayed hot and pushed his OPS over 800

I’m still hoping there’s a late inning leverage arm with Steele. Any reason he went almost 3 weeks between outings? Today was his first appearance since really early April.

 

He missed his regularly scheduled second start of the season after being listed as the probable starter and was out till yesterday so I can only assume injury.

 

With the innings and time lost due to injury and not necessarily having a high starter ceiling, I think the bullpen is his likeliest final destination too.
