He seems more qualified than the more hyped Matt Campbell, so there is that. Still have McGM so any hire is there to get thrown under the bus later is how I see it. This team needs good players, and needs to be super aggressive with the FAs on offense along with trading that 3 pick. Unless that happens, I believe new coach is beat and the Jets will continue to blow Darnold’s rookie deal years.

How many will it matter? Nagy runs our offense, and our OC isnt likely to leave. So its all lower tier guys from the Bears.

You think he's gonna poach offensive coaches?

 

Most likely none of the offensive coaches are poachable as they usually sign 2 year deals. Ragone would be the only one I'm not sure about.

 

Defense will be more of a mixed bag as they came in different times. I think Donatell is the only one that confirmed as being out of contract?

 

Now Nagy may let guys go for a true promotion to coordinator, but we shouldn't end up bleeding assistants.
