Maybe I'm overstating this, but Zo was clutch in seeing Heyward had a great jump and was willing to fall to 0-2 in the count because of it. And it set up that RBI single.

I was just saying the same thing. Zo absolutely laid off that pitch as soon as Heyward took off, being ok with 0-2 at that. A little Schadenfreude at doing “The Cardinal Way” better than those bumbling fuckheads.

Arod has been good on the broadcast

 

I like him. He sometimes goes on really weird and/or dumb tangents, but generally he's great. It's like 90/10 great to cringeworthy. But aside from JD (we're so spoiled) there's not many guys better than that.
