The worst pitcher on this list is Scott Feldman, by far.

 

The worst excuse is the Angels. How the hell do you have prime Mike Trout and end career Pujols and just mail in the rest of the roster?

 

The Marlins get a pass because of the Fernandez thing and the Padres are just obviously tanking.
