I don't see Hoyer as an overseer candidate just yet and I think the extensions buy them at least one year.

 

Their underlings, however, are prime candidates to be poached.

I suspect Jed takes Theo's spot in 5 years and Jason takes Jed's spot. There's not but a select few openings per year and there's plenty of candidates. I bet they are here for quite a while.

which is fine by me. I always figured that McLeod was waiting to win a World series with the Cubs before leaving, but it appears now he might stick around a while.
