Definitely Cruz. His task is much more difficult.

 

Tom Ricketts can brush over his dilemma here and there during random interviews which are 90% the interviewers (rightfully) kissing his feet, and he doesn't really have any reasons to not reconnect the organization with Sosa.

 

Ted Cruz basically stuck his middle finger to an entire arena full of nutjobs, with good reason.
