I dug into Grimm's performance to see if there was any hope of him returning to 2015 levels of performance.

Front Page Article

tl;dr - maybe, but he might have to bring back his slider.

huh...I suck at twitter. Is the one I put out there earlier about this article still there? I don't see it.

it's there, but you started it with an @ so it's buried in your tweets with replies section (and will only show up in the streams of people who also follow the cubs). i'd tweet it out again.

Should I be using # instead of @?

that would solve this problem, yes. when you use @, you are telling twitter you want to talk directly to that account (in this case, @cubs, the official cubs twitter account). a # just means you are talking about that subject.

One last stupid question: Is there a way to attach a link without it counting against the character count?

No, but there are rumors that Twitter is going to stop counting links against character count in the future.

Also, this post summarizes the @reply thing pretty well: https://blog.bufferapp.com/twitter-mistake

Cool - thx for the tips, guys

Ha - Grimm liked the tweet. I wonder if he read the article and brings back the slider.
