Well NYC jumped Chicago recently, but they both have roughly 200k poles. There are about 14 cities in Poland besides Warsaw that have more than 200k people. Even if the entire population isn't considered ethnic Polish, there are some cities like Krakow that have over 700k in population. I am not sure if that fun fact was ever true.
