i don't understand how Leno could get a -10 score from PFF without giving up a sack. they must be counting every time that Jay had to slide up in the pocket as a hurry, which is kind of [expletive].

 

also, Justin Houston scored 3.2, the same as McPhee, who blocked a kick, notched a sack, and played well in run support.

 

I didn't see Long's score, but it couldn't have been higher than 1.

Cutler spent the entire game dodging bullets. Any system that claims to judge solely on the individual's contribution should rate the Bears line very poorly and the Chiefs d line as fairly high.

it's unclear as to what they count as a hurry, though. If Leno is pushing his man up field, but Cutler's drop took him a little too far back, causing Cutler to slide up a bit, that could be working against Leno. I would say that for a green-ass kid working against a veteran pass rusher like Hali, Leno employed the correct strategy, or did whatever he could against him.

No. There are no expectations. They left it open when they announced the injury but there is as much reason to believe he's done as there is that he will return for any notable amount of games.
