Why they refuse to just give home field to the best record is baffling. It's how they do it in every sport that play championship games on home fields

I concur with home field. It's just wrong. It's a stupid ploy to improve fan involvement. I'd be more involved and excited looking at records in the post season and wondering how home field could shake out.

It's amazing that on a field that Pete Rose and Joe Morgan were just standing on, Ryan Braun can still come across as the biggest douche just in how he eyeballs the camera.

Not that it would've mattered, but why would Donaldson not try to barehand that? He took 5 steps in and then had to glove it on his throwing hand side.
