Shohei Otani at 23 is pretty bad seeing as he probably won't play in the bigs until 2020.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I consider Otani a vastly superior prospect anyways. He's a better prospect than Darvish was at this point as well. I think he'd be the unanimous #1 prospect in the game right now.
