Craig often mentions that pitchers can work on whatever they need to do no matter what level they are at. While there are certainly advantages to having guys at appropriate levels, there's also truth that as long as these guys are throwing the mix they are going to need later it is okay to leave them where they are for now.

Probably going to take more than that to win back the defeatists, but even if he ends up more Yunel Escobar than Gary Sheffield, I still have hope for him.

Any news on how Williams' stuff looks? He was the 10th rounder from East Carolina, right? IIRC, the reports on his college stuff was fairly mediocre.
