It's a little weird, but we're dealing with Kap & Haugh here. I can't bring myself to listen to the interview, but the question was probably something like:

"We heard David Price talking up the Cubs and their minor league system, their organization. As a former teammate of Price's, would it shock you if he signed with the Cubs?"

To which Archer answers (from the article)

"I wouldn't be shocked," he said. "Honestly, any team that gets him is going to be impacted for many, many years after his contract because of just the type of person that he is and the atmosphere that creates. And what he demands out of his teammates is even more than our manager or our coaches. It goes beyond just on-the-field stuff. He becomes your friend, and he teaches you how to lead and how to pitch and how to conduct yourself on and off the field. So whatever team (lands him) it's going to be super fortunate, and it's going to change the organization. If he goes to a place like the Cubs, the mentality behind the starting pitching's going to change drastically.

"So whoever he ends up with, he's going to change their organization. And maybe it will be with a young-minded team that's on the up-and-coming."
