Haha [expletive] this game. Don't even care, we're still winning 10 this year.

You have no basis to claim this on

At least I'm not flipping [expletive] about preseason.

Season's definitely over because we can't keep up with the best team in the NFL, in their stadium, during the preseason.

I can point to last year's defense and how this defense has looked the same so far as one basis. The Bears aren't making the playoffs unless they're vastly improved.

Um, it's not a basis because it's preseason perhaps? If you're going to use last year, we were still one play away from making the playoffs with that defense. Slight improvement is all we need, although vast would be nice, but I refuse to gauge these things in preseason. Either way, 10 wins is hardly unreasonable with this offense.

Does Briggs look overweight to anyone else?

I thought he looked overweight last season as well.

Noticed this in week 16 after his injury

I went to the first preseason game and he looked fat all the way up from the top rows if the stadium

Yeah...man, I didn't want to overreact but he's sorta fat.

I guess he is getting older.

BTW, GIS for "fat linebackers":

3 hugely strange plays had to happen in that Packers game to keep the Bears out if the playoffs.

Conte being evaluated for career as software salesman

If he's healthy, he's probably starting against Buffalo.

Ugh, Conte with a concussion isn't good. I know there's a lot of Conte hate, but he was one of the few players with a good game last night, has the most experience with the Bears of the safety group, and I think has a chance to have a nice season.

I think I hate the Seahawks more than any other non-NFC north team. There's just something really unlikable about them

They're good?

no, it's because their coach is a [expletive] nob and their fans don't know what sports are unless their teams are great.

i absolutely hate having the unluckiest [expletive] teams in sports, i'd like to see them not be cursed just one motherfucking season and win the [expletive] super bowl.

You mean the injuries? How come other teams suffer injuries and still manage then? Packers were left for dead and still pulled a playoff bid out of their ass for example.

Our curse is terrible coaching. In the past it was stinky butt OC, now it's craptastic DCing. Try fixing the damn DC when the whole damn city knows he's not up to snuff instead of settling for [expletive] mediocrity. DAMN IT TO HELL
