Maybe I'm crazy, but would the consider piggybacking two starters? Take Villanueva as one guy to help keep innings down. And perhaps Garza the other since he is coming back from injury. Just have them on the same starter rotation and flip who starts and relieves.

I wouldn't have a problem with a piggy back situation but I think the more likely scenario is simply putting one of these guys into the long man role. Half these guys have bullpen experience, and few of them are 200 IP types who can be expected to start all year.

I would also go with a 6 man rotation. Pushing Feldman to the pen would be a horrible mistake. If he keeps this production up, who know's what a team might be willing to pay for him at the trade deadline.
