by the way, no hitters are now worth an extra 10 points, perfect games an extra 25. just cut in half from previous years.

just a reminder, you don't have to justify your lineup swapping for starting pitchers. do whatever you want. you can pick up a new SP off the FA pile every day if that's what your heart tells you to do.

For a league with points assigned to try to properly evaluate actual performance, I find it weird that those things get any bonus.

why wont the cbs site let me start Bautista? it has him listed as injured, but he played yesterday, had a hr. I would like to get him in my lineup and those points back.

Your roster is kind of a mess. Do you have too many active players if you take him off the DL? You also need to bring Hicks up (though you can put Myers in the minors) and you need to take Morrow off the DL.

 

It's mostly a weekly league (except SP) so since he wasn't injured to start the week, I don't know if you're allowed to get him in your lineup now.

I dont think that I'm over the limit with players. When I try to slot Bautista into the empty 3b slot, I get this message:

 

Jose Bautista is not eligible at 3B

 

He's listed as a 3b unless that hasnt been updtated. WTH?

You can put up to 3 players in your DL. After that, you need to either use up bench spots for additional injured players, or you'll have to cull the injured that aren't worth keeping.

I see the "Injured" slot now, I didnt catch that before.

I don't know why he's still listed as a 3b. He only played 1 game (and 4 innings) there last year. He should have lost 3b eligibility.

I think bc Minny had him on the DL. Remember last year someone had a guy in a certain position and hadn't moved him. Do he wasn't eligible for that position and couldn't put him back once he had taken him out.

 

In sum: CBS sucks

I think that is what happened. Since I updated my roster, he is no longer showing 3b as an eligible position

I don't think you can bench yourself due to an injury.
