Just going by what was done last season. I figured just to go ahead and act now before I lost out by doing nothing.

WTF. You can't add prospects while the draft is going on. And Tim ruled that concepcion isn't available until next year's prospect draft anyway.

Concepcion is eligible for the draft. Soler is the one not eligible until next season.

 

This is insane, because people aren't checking in regularly, the draft took forever, and half the league apparently had no clue the season started this morning.

You don't have to tell me. I got 4 PM's in addition to searching thru nsbb and cbs and still had conflicting info on the rules. This league seems entirely more complicated than necessary.

 

But it's pretty clear that the prospect draft is still going and that concepcion isn't available this year. You need to drop all those guys you've added.

Why wouldn't Concepcion be available for the prospect draft? I can't find anywhere stated Concepcion isn't eligible for this season.
