It doesn't have to be dramatic, I just want to get this done ASAP so it's done. Everyone who wants a player just draft one quickly, and then this crap can be over and done with.

I could have picked 8 hours ago, but didn't see the 1 post saying Chuck was presumed passed and it was my turn because of all the complaining about how long it was taking and what do do about the Japan game(s). Would have thought a thread called "2012 Prospect Selections" would be about the selections in the prospect draft.

The current state of the draft was posted tuesday night at the top of page 7. there aren't 8 pages you have to wade through to find out whose turn it is. And you knew you were 2nd up, so you probably would be checking in periodically anyway. if you could have drafted and now have presumably seen that chuck was presumed passed, why haven't you drafted now?

2. People who are like "hey, pretty sure eight man benches aren't allowed" are complaining about 2 games a week apart from the rest of the games with only 2 viable starting fantasy options between the 2 teams (Ackley, Felix). It's not the end of the [expletive] world if someone has an illegal roster right now.

it's either the rule or it's not. we either have rules or we don't. i was in favor of throwing out all these stupid, needlessly complicated daily roster change rules, but nobody else was. this is why we get into arguments all the time. the rule CANNOT be "rosters MUST be legal by 3/28...well, i mean, it's just a couple games in japan, no big deal." THAT'S NOT A RULE.

we can't just arbitrarily follow some rules and not others. i think it's pretty obvious why this strategy causes problems. and, for the record, i've NEVER EVER EVER "complained" or got into arguments in ANY other league i've ever been in.

I don't know why we can't get together do an online draft 1 damn day set a month in advance. You can't make it, you autodraft.
