-Keep Rose, Deng, Noah, and Taj

-Get rid of all the point guards on the roster not named Rose, and get a real backup

-Get some more shooters and guys that can create with the basketball

-Amnesty Boozer and try and get Mirotic over sooner.

You're not going to get a better backup PG than Watson.
