I think Feliz pitching more innings is probably the better option for them. Gotta wonder though if this means they are becoming very skeptical of being able to keep CJ.

Feliz is being wasted in the closers role.

I'm also pissed off because I traded a lot of good players to get him in a package for my keeper league back when he was a starter, then they made him a closer, and then I traded him this season because closers are overvalued in the league, and now they're converting him back to starter.

How dare these bastards not take into account my fantasy needs.

Love the move. Nathan still looks like he can be a quality closer, and Feliz may give them a quality starter. They can still bid on CJ if they want, but now, they aren't forced to try and over-spend to keep him.

bad move

Feliz should remain their closer, IMO

Why would you prefer Feliz throw 80 innings rather than 200?

All else being equal of course you'd want the guy to go 200, but you can't simply assume the quality of those innings will translate, or that he will make it to 200 IP. He's never started a game in the majors. He's only gone 120 IP once in his pro career, and that was 4 seasons ago.
