I could also roll with a combination of 2 of them.

I'd usually go with the 3 backs, but Colston has been on a tear. Which one should I sit?

NE hasnt been great to TE's (6th least points given up), while Cleveland has given up the 3rd most to TEs, but Cleveland has been tough on QBs (3rd least points) and I have to start Alex Smith this week because Rodgers is on Bye.

I'm a fan of changing my defense almost weekly. I think there's maybe 3 or so defenses worth playing every week, but beyond that, I like to play the matchups. I have the Giants this week, since they're facing Miami.

Yeah I'm punting the Eagles D. I'm happy with my roster so I don't mind carrying 2 defenses. And the Cowboys and Bengals both have good schedules throughout so I can just roll with them and not worry about it.

Yes to defense by committee based on matchups. None of those three you mentioned warrant being held on to if their matchup doesn't look very good this coming week.

This is assuming I start Bowe/Austin/Marshall as my WR's

Thomas if he plays. He hasn't looked that great, but I wouldn't start any Colt after last week.

I'd start Carter. He was solid last week at 10/89 1 TD and the Titans D isn't great.

Unless it looks like Addai is going to be healthy and playing a lot, go with Carter until Thomas shows he is bouncing back again. Thomas could have turned out to be a solid sleeper pick, but between his nagging hammy and the Henne injury/Miami's complete lack of offense, it's better to wait and see right now.

I'm pretty up in the air on this one. I wouldn't let having Alex Smith be a factor in the decision. Pitt will definitely need much more offense to win their game, but Davis could very well play into the conservative possession game the 49ers will likely be playing. I'm leaning toward Davis. Also, Rotoworld's week 8 projections have him a couple spots ahead of Miller, fwiw.

I would go Vick personally, but crazy? Nah. Vick has had some real stinkers this year and Tebow has fantasy potential. I'm trying to decide between Vick and Cam Newton.

I love Tebow in fantasy, so I don't think it's crazy. But I'd stick with Vick, since he's more likely to put up huge numbers.
