If there's still a spot I'd like to do it as long as I can attend the draft. Saturdays generally don't work for me. Most Sundays do and weekday nights usually work. No, you can set up an autopick similar to a snake draft. It's more an order of importance, though, and the AI will bid on each player up to the point that you authorize it to.

Yea, there is an autopick, but its not ideal. From the mock drafts I've done, the teams on autopick ended up with huge budgets and all the impact players off the board. If only one or two miss it probably won't effect it too much, but those guys should definitely manually put in some draft values to your preferences, and I'd suggest to aim high, particularly on the top 20 players. Also beware that after the starting spots are filled the autopick won't really bid based on position, other than not taking an extra kicker. So you don't want to end up with 4 QBs (or maybe you do, but its not likely), so you have to adjust your values accordingly.

i'd prefer an (east coast) evening, because the draft as it is now would be 5 AM sunday... i'll be awake for work, but that's usually a busy time (just arriving at work and i won't be able to pay great attention to the draft.
