TOP OF THE SEVENTH INNING

 

Keppinger singled to left center field

Michaels popped out to first base

Johnson grounded an IF single to third base, Keppinger to second

Wood in (5th) to pitch, LeMayhieu in (9th) at 3b for the CUBS

Towles walked, Keppinger to third, Johnson to second

Sanchez, pinch hitting for Myers, called out on strikes

Marshall in (5th) to pitch for the CUBS

Bourn singled to right field, Keppinger & Johnson scored, Towles to third

Bourn stole second base

Barmes struck out swinging

 

2 runs 3 hits 0 errors 2 men left on base

So who had Ramirez in the "Next Cub to get injured" pool?

 

these injuries are to be expected with an aging injury prone lineup like the Cubs have.

i dont think that baseballs to the face really care if the person being hit is 20 or 40

bad hop on a hot shot got him in the face...no word on his condition

What did I miss with Aramis?

Ground ball to him, he dove and it dodged his glove and hit him in the nose and/or front teeth. stayed on the ground for a minute then was led off the field
