Millwood signed to minor league deal heavy on incentives. He can opt out if he's not on the big league roster by May 1.

 

And Mitre was traded to the Brewers for Chris Dickerson. Not a bad return for the Yanks, who could use the outfield depth and had no need for Mitre anymore.
