Who is SABR this year?

and has anyone e-mailed him?

SABR is Bob Tarr (Experiencing Turbulence). The previous drafter is supposed to contact the next person in line. I'd like to see this round get finished before the season starts.

Me too.

I just e-mailed him.

also if we are stopping this after 2 rounds, i will have about 5 transactions i will be making immediately concluding the draft.

Not a problem. But I will be setting the minors limit back to 10 before the season starts. I will also be setting waivers back to on before the season starts. So let's hurry up and finish this round so that people have time to finish filling out their minor league rosters.

PLEASE!

hi all! Know it's my pick, but am in an all-day meeting today, so won't be able to get to my pick until once I'm home tonight. Sorry for the delay (and thanks to those that have PMed me!)

So if we end this after 2 rounds, we're going to be allowed to pick up other prospects and it's first come first serve???

I believe once Brian puts waivers back on all players will sit on waivers for a day or two while everyone has a chance to place a claim.

No. If you want a player not in the database Brian can create a dummy player as a placeholder until the real player is added.

Al took my guy.

Before I make my pick I want to clarify what is going to happen next. Once I make my pick is it going to be a free for all to pick up remaining minor leaguers or do we need to wait until Brian sets the waivers?

Most do.

Do a player search. If the player is not listed, then contact the commish. So far, all the players listed on BA's 100 top prospect list have been on CBS's database.
