Anyone get this email yesterday?

 

I'm contemplating doing it...I just don't know if I'm enthused about the team enough. January is a great time to get me, because the prospect of a new baseball season excites the hell out of me at this point.

 

Getting Yankees and Sox tickets guaranteed is a nice benefit.

Why would someone pay about $1,000 to see 7 or so losses? There are a lot of games on the list that are weekday day games in April (cold), May, and September (when they are out of it), that you won't be able to give away if you don't go.

 

I wish they would go to a smaller set of games like the Cardinals "Pujols Packs."

I almost did it and got mostly night games during the week... I was able to get it down to 3 crappy April weekday games. I almost pulled the trigger, but opted out at the last second.

Anyone who wants to do this should contact me about getting in on my season ticket group. We are looking for folks to take 1/8-1/4 shares of a Nights and Weekends package. All the games are nights or weekends (duh) and you get the same great seats each game (sec 404 row 4 seats 1-4). PM me if you are interested. 1/8 shares are about $1352.40 for 4 tix to 7 games. 1/4 share is about $2704.80 for 4 tix to 14 games.

I too wish they would offer discount packages of only games I want to see. Stupid Ricketts.

depends how you draft your tickets. You commit to more tickets, you chances go up.
