cutler is a bad quarterback. it's as simple as that. orton is better.

that's just not true. if orton were quarterbacking this team, he would be dead and gone and we all talk about how good he could have been before justin tuck decapitated him and he died.

well we're almost a season and a half from when the traqde happened and orton how outperformed cutler significantly since then soooooo.

ortion doesn't even have marshall anymore and he's still beasting.

How's Denver's line compare to Chicago's?

I'm not trying to be overly pessimistic, because im not saying we can't win this game, but it doesn't look good. We aren't moving the ball at all save a few big plays, we can't sustain any sort of drive because we can't block for the QB for 3 consecutive plays, and we are 0-6 on 3rd down.

It's hard to win when all those things happen. And worst of all, because we can't sustain a drive, our defense never gets a big rest so they are bound to wear down as the game goes along. Not a receipe for winning football.

Cutler makes passes weekly that Orton can only envision when he's jerking it.

Orton is a solid QB, I have more respect than most, and did when the Cutler trade was made. But Cutler is better.

Orton's a system QB. He racks up a ton of passing yards between the 20s.

he gets results.

He throws the ball around quite a bit, but their record isn't great this year and Denver folded late last year. He has looked better in Denver than I thought he would. But Orton would be no better than Jay with the Chicago line.

The Broncos are 2-3.

They're 2nd in passing yards, 4th in total offense, but only 15th in scoring. Like I said, he racks up yardage between the 20s but it doesn't result in a ton of points.
