How'd they get the first 14? I tuned in to see them get the 3rd TD.

 

returned the opening kickoff 97 yards for the first score, then after OSU punted, just marched down the field behind the running game

This Kentucky/South Carolina game is pretty good. Kentucky was down 18 at half (I think) and they just took the lead with about a minute left.

msu is a better team than illinois, so i don't feel too bad about eventually getting worn down. they have weapons, but they aren't staying undefeated.

 

I dont think they will either, but this is easily their worst offensive performance of the year. Their defense has been getting a little better every week. This is coming off a big rivalry game with back to back tough road games coming up. Really, they have the easiest schedule of the Big Ten contenders left. To sum up, I think they have a pretty decent chance of being in a BCS game.

Mizzou people, how good do you think your team is?

 

I don't know. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop on the defense, but every week they impress me more and more. The secondary is playing extremely well and the d-line is getting to the QB, and this is without our best pass rusher. Blaine's obviously got the talent to pull out a great game like today, and our running game is solid enough. I have confidence that we can beat OU if we're at our best, but I don't know if we'll pull it off. Should be a great game and atmosphere though.

Yeah, Wisconsin's offensive line was amazing. Kudos.

 

And, Pryor just really isn't all that good.

Mizzou people, how good do you think your team is?

 

Pretty good I think. The offense is not as good as the Daniel-era teams, but this is probably the best defense Mizzou has had under Pinkel(and their best performances have come without Aldon Smith). They also have some of the best special teams in the country which has given the defense a big assist. The crowd will be amped for Homecoming/prime time/maybe Gameday too. Bottom line, I don't think Mizzou should expect to win, but I think a game similar to the 2007 game in Norman where it was close throughout is a strong possibility. Ultimately, I'm just hoping that we're still a game up on Nebraska after next week, however it comes about.

South Carolina still controls their own fate in the SEC East, assuming Lattimore returns soon.
