The Midwest League All-Star game takes place on Tuesday, June 22 at 7:00 p.m. EST at Parkview Field in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

They must go by 2009 stats, because Lee and Watkins have been nothing to speak of this year, and I dont know much about Cerda or Leverton. McNutt is the 1 real standout in Peoria this year.

It's not that hard to look up their stats. Leverton has the stats to be there, just like McNutt. And there aren't too many good IFs from a quick perusal of the MWL stats leaders, so it's not surprising Cerda and Watkins are there.

Plus, minor league All-Star games (before AAA) are basically a mix of the top prospects and the top performers. Nobody wants to see an all-star game with a bunch of 22-year olds repeating A for the 3rd time.

I'll be attending this game tonight. \:D/ Parkview Field is a very nice looking ballpark, this will be my first actual game that I will attend there. Looking forward to it. Hopefully it does not rain.
