well if everyone was on PEDs then isn't armstrong dominating them still really impressive, even if he cheated? i mean, if everyone was cheating and he wasn't then what he did was superhuman, but if a cheater kept killing a bunch of guys who were also cheating, at least they were all on level ground.

I know, it's like an arms race between methods of testing and methods of beating the tests.

 

I don't think there's ever going to be a way to really know who is clean and who isn't. Not for sure.
