I don't think they can play at that level again (if they played like that all year they'd be undefeated) but just go back to normal Blackhawk (sans this series) playoff hockey and put them away.

Sure, Philly was a little flat as JR said. But I didn't see them doing anything wrong necessarily. They were just getting dominated.

 

I guess it's hard for me to see the game from their perspective though.

 

I don't see how Leighton deserves to get pulled though. It could have been 6-0 the way that period went. Now, if the change is made for momentum's sake, I suppose that's another story. Though I'm not sure I buy into that.

No, Doc alluded to the possibility before the period ended. He suggested (wisely) that it might be done "quietly" between periods rather than give the fans another chance to go nuts.
