Not a bad signing for them, however the deal can reach $12+m in incentives. They now have 3 lefties penciled in the rotation with Davis, Parra, and Wolf. With one of our top two division rivals having 3 lefties in the rotation plus the Pirates having 2 or more lefties in the rotation as well as Wandy down in Houston I wonder if this moves pushes Hendry to focus on getting a deal done with Dye or Nady?

thankfully they don't have mike cameron any more.

 

At least you guys can still enjoy the last year of Jeff Suppan. Derrek Lee is still OPSing something like 12 million against him, if memory serves. :)

True, but Suppan was slightly better against Lee then Wandy Rodriguez and Brett Meyers. So you have that going for Suppan. :wink:
