Put Rose in the game and let him run the show. Christ, it isn't rocket science. We're running the same damn sets we ran last year except without BG to bail us out of them.

The only hope this team has is to put the ball in Derrick's hands and let him do a Chris Paul imitation. The Hornets feature him so much to their own detriment but they have no other choice. We're in the same boat.

They have some pretty good outside shooters that Paul can kick it out too, though. We really don't.

David West is a better interior scorer than I think we've ever had.

Rose played 13 minutes in the 1st half. Hinrich and Salmons played 19 and 20 minutes respectively and went a combined 3/15 from the floor with 5 turnovers.

Tyrus is also "out" with the "flu."

My biased Buck view of the first half...

The Bucks are playing pretty good defense. They are contesting alot of the Bulls shots. I really think the Bulls miss Gordon alot. Bogut had a really nice stretch in there where he pretty much did whatever he wanted with Noah/Miller.

Like I have said before, I love Jennings. He makes everyone around him better. Kurt Hinrich did a very good job on him however. And I loved Jennigns behind the back pass to Dan G.

David West is a homeless man's Chris Bosh. He's a nice player but he's not a 2nd banana on a really good team. What CP3 did with that team the last two years was superhuman and now with Peja a shell of his former self his supporting cast is among the worst in the league.

Yeah, he plays with a lot of confidence. From what I've seen from Flynn and Jennings so far I doubt Rubio would've even come close to matching them.

He's still raw though and I can tell from just a half of basketball that he does a LOT of things that are going to get him deep in Skiles doghouse.

I agree with you but it also goes to show you our history, or lack thereof, of good big men.

There's no question CP3 is one of the best players in the league and Rose has a lot of growing up to do if he wants to be as good as him.

I can deal with struggling to score points against San Antonio and Boston because those are two of the best defensive teams in the league. What we saw on Sunday against Miami was an embarrassment and this 'performance' makes me want to throw up. The Bucks suck, there's no other way around it. We're being shelved at our home court to a team that has one good player. That's kind of maddening.

What I can't stand is Rose giving up the ball to Kirk just inside of the half court line to go stand in the corner while Kirk, Salmons, or Deng utterly fail to initiate offense. This system is just not a fit for Rose's game. It's pretty miraculous that the Bulls offense was actually any good last season which tells you how much BG did for us. And none of the players here really compliment him either. The best thing you can say about Deng is that he improves our rebounding.

You can't even run an effective pick and pop game with Miller because he takes SO DAMN LONG to load up his jump shot that he'll usually ball fake and lumber towards the hoop instead with some stupid BS layup or try to thread a pass into a window that's not there.

I'm so schizo about this team because when we let Ben go, a move I more or less agreed with, I said that there would be some big time growing pains on the offensive end. But this is pretty bad...this could be one of the worst teams in the league I'm afraid. Hope I'm wrong. I won't be unless we stop treating Derrick like a role player and not the undisputed alpha dog of the team.

Yeah he does haha. They talk about it alot, Skiles loves him though. But like you said.. He does do alot of things that bothers skiles but Scott said he is going to have to live with it a little bit of it, and just let Jennings play sometimes.

No offense to the Bucks, but losing to Milwaukee is similar to losing to an NBDL team. Then again, without Rose the Bulls are an NBDL team...My bad.

The Blackhawks should kick the Bulls out of the UC until the Bulls decide they want to start winning.

20 and 14 for Deng after 3. Three real good games so far this season for Luol. That's extremely nice to see.

Luckily we're playing Milwaukee and not a decent team. Thanks for letting us get back into this one.
