A well deserved point for Minnesota.

i dunno. at least 2 of those last 4 goals should have been stopped easily. the hawks (mostly huet) gave them the point.

Yeah but they deserve credit for outplaying the Blackhawks for an entire period, which I think they really did.

Turrible game, no doubt. But if anybody thought the Hawks were immune to this kind of game then you were being silly. I rather it been against a legit team and not the WIld, but ultimately it won't matter much.

LOL, the Wild's Guillaume Latendrese said the Wild should "proud of ourselves" because the Wild showed it could play with the Blackhawks.

Wow, we are awesome and I'm not apologizing for it.

I posted this after the first Wild game. I guess they took a lot of confidence from whatever they considered 'playing with the Blackhawks"

If I would compare this game to a 2008 Cubs game, since they were both awesome, with the Hawks surely more awesome in the playoffs, it would be the Giants/Cubs game at Wrigley where Marmol blew that huge lead in the 9th after we had like a 5-6 run lead. The first couple of runs were like "how cute they still think they have a chance", then it was like "oh crap its close now, do your job" and then the surreal "what the hell just happened" feeling.

Now we need Reed Johnson to slap one past the goaltender to get us a win.

Ugh, tonights version of Huet in a shootout.

At least there won't be a bunch of people around the net to block his view of the puck.

It's hockey with the playoffs being an essential lock because of the way the league works. This doesn't have as big of an oh crap feeling. Plus we still get credit for a loss in hockey.
