Draft pick trading opinions

I draft 3rd in a 16 team league, and the 1st overall pick has proposed the following

 

His

1st rounder (#1 overall)

5th rounder (#65)

 

My

1st (#3)

3rd (#35)

 

 

Is moving down 30 spots in the draft later, worth moving up two to get Peterson?

If it's a PPR league, Jones-Drew or Forte might be better picks than AD. If it's not, you still have a 50/50 chance that Michael Turner falls to you. If not, MoJoDrew is a great pick still, or even, LT.
