Is there any reliever in baseball like Marmol. I never remember seeing a pitcher who is so unhittable and yet so amazingly wild. He's gotta be closing in on some BB by a relief pitcher record.

Farnsworth was like that sometimes.

I submit to you the following names:

Dusty Baker

Jacque Jones

Neifi Perez

Juan Pierre

John Mabry

Freddie Bynum

Cesar Izturis

Tony Womack

Glendon Rusch

With the exception of Aaron Miles, no one on this team comes remotely close to those piles of trash.

Part of the frustration. Still at this point, Ramirez is the only man down. Bradleys getting it together, but Soriano has been brutal aside from a few hot streaks. Somethings got to give.

I love how the wind is blowing way in yet the Cubs are coming out there hacking for a solo home run. What a horrible approach. Soriano is so bad it boggles my mind how he could ever be a competent enough baseball player to deserve even half the money he makes.

Nightmare game to go along with the season.

This is a pretty mild "nightmare."

Well, compared to the Colorado debacles, yes. But this was a slow painful death today.

You've also got stupid moments like this with Lou not batting the actual CFer with a RH pitcher on the mound.
