i don't like this process. i think a better way to to do it is to post proposed trades and then if people want to nix them by claiming the players involved, then so be it. nobody has time to make waiver claims on 300 players or whatever.

I've never really understood how post-deadline waivers are supposed to work in this league anyway. This is my fifth year in the league and I don't recall any waiver trades after the deadline actually happening. I think Adam's suggestion would be easier to keep up with; if all of us placed our entire teams on waivers I think it would be very hard to keep up with.
