Baseball vs. football. Which sport is better?

Baseball is the only sport I really like that much. Football is just...meh. Basketball is ruined for me because over half the teams make the playoffs, which (usually) means that the regular season is a pushover and teams that have no business being contenders wind up in the playoffs. Then the first two rounds of the playoffs are matchups of one team that is insanely good vs a team that sucks. They need to cut off the first round of the playoffs in the NBA and/or shorten the first round to a 5 game series. Then the NBA playoffs wouldn't last longer than a lot of marriages do, and the beginning of them wouldn't be so boring.

 

 

I realize there are instances like last year where the western conference is stacked and good teams miss the playoffs. NBA also could use a realignment.

 

EDIT: I also realize that there are instances where a No. 1 seed falls to a number 8 seed. And while upsets like that are exciting to watch, if that's what the NBA is going for by having that many teams in the playoffs, they need to have it not be a 7 game series, since the best team wins a 7 game series like 95% of the time.
