Raw Dawgs (1-3) at NC Cubs (3-1)

The Eyes of Texas (2-2) at Sabermetrics (2-1-1)

Harry's Budcrew (2-2) at Valenzuela's Screwballs (0-4)

Quakers (3-1) at Northside Baseball (2-2)

Tootielicious (4-0) at Galesburg Hand Sanitizers (1-3)

Lynx (3-0-1) at Alamo Stealth (2-2)

Fuzzy Logistics (1-3) at Severe Tooterstorms (0-4)

Tampa Bay Rays (3-1) at The Fighting Manginos (2-2)

Not one single matchup featuring two teams with winning records.

Raw and I each have three of our pitching starts tonight. He has both starting pitchers in the Cubs-Giants game, so as a Cubs fan I'm hoping for a big positive score for Dempster and an even bigger negative score for Sanchez.

[expletive], I trade Garza for Posada, and 2 hours later he's DL'd. That's what I get for not checking him prior to the trade.

LOL! Did he get hurt last night? I honestly hadn't heard that.

Well, you know, any time you get a chance to trade for a 37 yo catcher with a leg injury, you have to make it happen.

I guess so, but slow ass CBS didn't put up an update until after our trade. I also didn't do any digging around. He definitely didn't have the injury symbol when we traded.

Boo, Matt Capps is out until the weekend. I was looking forward to more negative points from him.

On the plus side, I got 24 points combined from Molina and Lind today. Gives me a 46 point lead and we both have 4 pitching starts remaining (including one each tonight). This is one of the weeks where most of my pitchers have 2 starts, so I have 11 total to choose 7 from. The one week I lost this year was basically the same, and I made the wrong decisions.

Raw is sinning and will need some downward scoring adjustments. Prior to today he had six pitching starts (Dempster, Hamels, Sanchez, Wainright, Wakefield, and Davis). He had his 7th start this afternoon (Sanchez). And he's going over by having Dempster in his lineup tonight. Plus, if he doesn't adjust his roster by the deadline tomorrow he will have exceeded the limit by two (Wainright is scheduled for another start).

Over a 100 point win for me even with the excess points from Raw's 8th start still on the scoreboard. Too bad I can't let him keep the points and instead dock him one start during our next game.
