Greinke and Johnson have been great so far for me, ranking 1st and 3rd overall in points. My offense has been poor.

I got what I wanted as far as a bad start from Burnett and Garza didn't do well either.

 

The Cubs team was built from them to stay healthy by building no bench, of course they did that with players who don't stay healthy.

I went from the driver's seat to likely losing as Volstad pitched well and Jimenez got his ass handed to him.

 

I'm only down 10 but tomorrow's pitching matchups are Washburn/O. Perez vs. Halladay/Perkins.

As bad as my day started with Beckett sucking hard, it ended up pretty good. I've got harden and one of Parra & Kawakami going tomorrow. Victory for me probably depends on me picking which of those two is more likely to score positive points. Parra has sucked hard, but Houston has a pathetic offense. Kawakami has been less horrible, but is playing in the launching pad that is GABP.

 

I think I've gotta go with Parra, but I'm tempted to sit them both and go with six starts this week.

I was surprised to see that the waiver was last night. I thought it always ran on Sunday nights.

 

Also I put in the request for Bartlett last weekend. Did anyone else have this experience?

 

I assume additions to today's line-up due to waiver pick-ups are legal.
