Khabibulin is incredible... Hawks better be ready in the 3rd to put this one away. If Khabi gives up 4 goals after saving 33 straight I won't even know what to say.

Foley isn't even getting excited about saves anymore. Khabi is on. Not good for the Flames down three.

 

I wish I could listen to Pat tonight, but Cuthbert and McGuire aren't really getting on my nerves. Imagine that.

Seriously....he's looked awful at times in the last 3 seasons with the Hawks, but he is making his signing worth it with these performances.

Seriously... it's the randomly (sometimes not) hot goaltenders that win Cups... this is just ridiculous for Khabi.

True. Even more of a reason for me to hate the Flames.

 

i used to go watch them when they were the mallards and they had steve chelios.

 

I used to like the Mallards more than the NHL. Their first two championship wins were some of my better early child hood memories (at least as far as sports go). There being no hockey in the QC rapes my childhood even if I don't live there anymore.

 

i used to go see them all the time, too. it was exciting as hell, and i have the same sentiment as you do.

I can't wait to see that Pardy [expletive] and Eager shake hands in 20 minutes.

 

The end of series hand shake has to be one of the most awkward thing for teams to do in sports. Especially after a long physical series.

We have a team actually that can win games (AND SERIES) in the playoffs... I will worry about the Cubs hopefully in late May as I'm celebrating the Cup Presentation Ceremony!

You can't allow an early goal and let them get the crowd back in it. If we are up three at the 10 minute mark I'll feel pretty good.

I haven't watched but three innings of Cubs baseball so far this season. Still don't care. WTG Hawks.
