Ted Lilly season ERA is 4.09 as we speak

To compare, Carlos Zambrano's is 3.91

Pretty good considering his horrible April.

If you take out his April, what's his ERA this year?

If you take out his first four starts (the last two in April were pretty good with 6 innings in each and 1 and 2 ER's allowed), his ERA is 3.65.

The main thing is his recent starts and they're awesome.

LOL. The announcers on FOX are talking about Lilly's performance and saying he's been pounding the zone. Then they show the Brewers striking out three times on pitches out of the zone.

I know he's thrown a lot of strikes today and has been getting ahead of hitters since I've been watching, I just thought it was hilarious that they said Lilly's been pounding the zone and then they show three pitches that would have been balls had the Brewers not swung.

According to FOX, Lilly started nine games in April this season.

May was also the month he gave up the second most runs.

I didn't see it, but was Ronny's error a legitimate one?
