  1. 1. Rich Harden No-No

    • Yes - No temptation to leave him in there to long to chase a no-no and ruin him.

    • No - I'm always pulling for the no-hitter every time

Do you want to see Rich Harden throw a no-no?

Personally, I'm never disappointed when he gives up that first hit. I don't want to see Lou tempted to leave him out there longer than he should to chase something like that.

I always want to see him pitch a no-no, but I'm never disappointed when he does.

I'm pulling for the no-no with every pitcher until I realize that unless he gets a few 4 pitch innings, he's going to have to throw 120 to get it. Then I don't mind if he gives up a hit.

Watching that no-no was amazing, though and I certainly wouldn't mind seeing another one.

I wouldn't mind a combined no-no. Maybe 7 innings from Harden and 1 each from Marmol and Wood.

I wouldn't mind it either, but I think there'd be too much temptation to leave him in longer unless his pitch count was already clearly too high (120+), in which the damage had already been done.

It's a really tough call. I want Rich to get the no-hitter each time, but don't want to lose him for extended lengths.

I'll never pull for him to allow a hit, but I don't cry when he allows one.
