I think most of us can agree.....this is both the ugliest game of the yr, and the arguably the worst managed game of the yr.

Yeah, if you mean constantly and consistently aggravating as all hell.

It's just at the point with me that Lee is the LAST guy I want to see up in that situation right now. Do we really have any idea what the heck is going on with him?

Whoa, WHAT happened to Koyie Hill? He chopped off some fingers with a table saw?!?

Sure did. Almost became Koyie "One Finger" Hill.

Someone tell me what Lou was thinking not using Cedeno in that spot if he was going to replace Fontenot with him anyway. At least with Cedeno, you have a guy who can run and stay out of a double play. Of course, Blanco hit a fly ball, but that's some bad managing.

Definitely a good point. I think he has a lot more faith in Blanco's bat.

If only we would have bunted.

Would have had a runner on 3rd with Blanco up. That fly ball could have won it.

You would've bunted with Alfonso Soriano? For real?

Absolutely--we are trying to win

Right. So why would Soriano have been bunting?

So a fly would win it...

I had to laugh when they did that Hill interview on the radio with Hughes I think it was, they did a disclaimer that "warning, this story could be graphic." Uh, yeah, cutting off four of your fingers has that tendency.
