Al Davis is starting to devolve into a Gollum-like creature.

 

The sooner he gives up the team, the better.

 

The bad thing is, he'll probably have to die before that happens.

Oh, and DeAngelo Hall broke in his Raider uniform with a couple of dumb personal foul/late hit penalties today.

Just went through the game, and wow was that pathetic.

 

The defense stunk and couldn't stop the run (just like last year) and the Broncos were able to do whatever they wanted.

 

The offensive line was also pathetic and couldn't protect Russell at all when Denver sent more than three or four guys. And even when Denver only sent four early in the game, the O-Line still couldn't protect Russell.

 

All things considered, I thought Russell actually played pretty well. There's nothing he can do when the O-Line doesn't give him any time to throw and when he was given a bit of time, he looked decent. His line was 17-26, 180, 2 TD, 0 INT, QB rating of 111.1. I know some of it, including the second TD, was in garbage time, but I really like that he didn't throw a pick. He was certainly not the week point in the game.
