Holy crap! Hawks get a PP!!!!!!! Only reason they get the call was because it was too obvious for even Fraser to act like he didn't see it.

LOL! Another Colorado PP... at least be discreet about it Fraser... you don't wanna get caught like Donaghy. Or at least don't make it glaringly obvious you want the Hawks to lose 85% of the times you ref them.

Did Larmer sleep with his wife or something?

This is the first Hawks game I've watched from the beginning this year. It's hard to follow, not knowing anyone, but I'm going to give it an extended chance.

What do you call a successful power play? Should I say I hope we convert this one? lol.

Go hawks!

Sick move... wow... we had no chance...

what the hell was campbell doing? that was terrible

Lollygagging and planning his next spin-o-rama.

I really wish I could pin this on Fraser because he has been TERRIBLE tonight... but the Hawks all of a sudden look more sluggish than they have all season. They are being outplayed, and winning tonight would be "stealing a win".

If you have any hockey questions, it's best to ask here... we have some great hockey people here in Kujay, Kyle, Anze, NewUserName, nilo... and not to toot my own horn, but I know my fair share as well.

I hope we convert on EVERY PP. Powerplays late in the game become even that more crucial (especially when losing, obviously).

Chicago is 8th in the NHL in PP conversion % at 22.4% which is very good... they have a chance to add a goal every game on the PP with those averages.

I dont know what the hell Im talking about with hockey, but that power play looked really lackadaisical.

Oh you are right, it did.

You chose the WORST game of the year to watch... this has been an embarassing display of hockey from the Hawks, and they are ONLY down by 1 goal.

The Hawks are an incredibly awesome team to watch and I challenge you to watch the game on Sunday vs. the Blue Jackets... division games are always fun, and it will be scrappy.

Thanks for offering! I might be hanging around the game threads a little more in the future.

Would be much appreciated. Hockey is such a wonderful sport that has been buried in Chicago for a very long time. For the first time, we have an amazing young team (top players in Kane/Toews are 20 years old)... and we look to make a run at the Cup in a year or two, should make the playoffs this year for sure.

I wish more people would hang around our Game Threads and learn the game... once you know the rules, it is so exciting!

One thing thats drawn me to the Hawks is they seem to be an up and coming team. I feel like I'm kind of getting in (close to) the ground floor here, if I really make an effort to educate myself about the team, and sport.
