I'm trying to get the wife to agree to letting me go to Houston again in September. I think that would be an appropriate time for a clincher.
i may fly down for those games...

Did anybody else see the Yeti look-a-like at yesterday's game? I think it had something to do with a guy jumping after a foul ball.

some how i missed that...although a couple years ago i was in a quick clip on the lead-off man intro

31-0 over this stretch should make for a very comfortable August, too.

 

The Cubs have no days off in August? :shock:

3 of the 31 are in september. Cubs have 28 games in august.

Also, this is obvious, but when we face the Pirates, they'll be Nady and Bay-less. When we face Atlanta they'll be without Teix. When we face the Reds, they'll be Griffey-less (not that it matters all that much, but he seems to get some big hits against us). Edited by David

The Pirates have ALWAYS been Griffey-less.
