Marshall, Marmol, DLee (if he'd waive his NTC), Marquis, Ascanio, and Hill for Fuentes, Holliday, and Helton's awful contract.

 

Rockies get a lot of pitching, although Marshall and Hill could suck in Coors because of the breaking ball thing (if that still exists post humidor) as well as a pretty good player in Lee, a setup man/closer under control for 4 more years, another bullpen arm in Ascanio while getting rid of a bad contract in Helton, a FA to be in Fuentes, and a superstar in Holliday.

 

Cubs really thin out their pitching depth, but what the heck, if those top 4 guys are healthy, you are still OK and the bullpen is only slightly weaker if Fuentes pitches well. Gives you a roster of:

 

Soriano LF

Fukudome CF (deal with it pal, if you're not hitting, at least play a premium defensive position)

Holliday RF

Ramirez 3B

Helton 1B

Soto C

DeRosa 2B

Theriot SS
