I would take it a bit farther. I think you should be able to:

 

Switch out a player who has the ambulance symbol.

Switch out a player if you have someone coming off the DL, assuming the DL player is replacing the guy you want to want to remove from your line up.

Switch out a player who has been benched by the major league team for a number of reasons, like bereavement, suspension, lost his starting job, sent to minors, etc.....

 

Suckiness just doesn't cut it, IMO.

At the risk of sounding like the worst person on earth, the rules page can be vague and there are changes that haven't been added. When I typed up the updated rules sheet to pass on there were more than a couple of changes that had to be made.

Nice rebound by Jackson today after sucking his last two starts. That should sew up another W for me, barring something like a perfect game by Weaver tomorrow.

 

Easy week for me to make pitching decisions. I have 7 starting pitchers on my roster, and not one of them had two starts this week.

A nice week for the Quakers. If they keep getting pitching like they have, the Quakers should make the play-offs.

 

If things keep going as well as they have, I think I could make a case for the all exempt team

That would be my thoughts exactly. That and that Johson is better than his career average would indicate. I think the Cubs finally got a player whose best is yet to come. Usually they seem to be able to over pay for someone who has passed their prime.
